TEA STORY
Chinese name: 峨眉茉莉
These lovely jasmine flowers are specially plucked on a sunny day. This allows the flower to unfold its petals to the maximum, just like a ballet dancer enjoying her performance in the green scenery. These beautiful flowers don’t compensate for a less strict standard for Yin Cha's green tea. They go through a careful selection process of being roasted and selected seven times. And only spring tea from the current year is allowed to be added to this mix. They are selected based on the typical ‘1 bud & 2 leaves’ requirement. It brings an incredible balance to this blended tea with a strong aroma and fresh taste, while improving fatigue and skin conditions.

STEEPING
3g | 100ml | 90 °C | 10s
We recommend a steeping temperature of 90 °C (195 °F), where you can set the boiling water aside and allow it to cool down for less than a minute. Then take 3 grams of tea with 100ml water to steep for 10 seconds. The tea can be re-steeped several times when using a tea egg, filter bag, or Chinese Gaiwan/Glass teapot.
You can always adjust the quantity and brewing time based on your preference. When using a larger container like a tea pot, you can take a small quantity and leave it in for a few minutes.
5g | 750ml | 5 °C | 6-8 hrs
Take 5 grams of tea with 750ml cold water and keep it in the fridge for 6-8 hours, then strain it, can be kept in the fridge for 3 days. We recommend preparing it in the evening before you go to bed, or in the morning so you can enjoy it during the day. If you want to keep it in the bottle for longer hours, please start with a lower amount of tea to avoid getting too strong.
