Shipping policy

We ship all orders with PostNL from Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

 

Delivery times

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Mon–Fri) are shipped the same day and usually delivered the next business day within the Netherlands.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM are shipped the next business day.
  • Saturday orders (before 2:00 PM) are shipped the same day and delivered on Monday.
  • Sunday orders are shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

Please note: PostNL delivers Monday through Saturday. There is no delivery on Sundays or public holidays.


Shipping costs

  • Netherlands: €4,95 flat rate (or free shipping above €58).


Track & Trace

Every order receives a PostNL Track & Trace code so you can follow your parcel from our door to yours.


Delays

PostNL delivers most parcels the next day, but occasionally delivery can take an extra day (e.g. during busy holiday periods or due to weather conditions).
