Founder's story

Rest & Restore carries a feeling I grew up with. In my family home in China, evenings were slow and intentional. My mother always made something warm before bed. It was a small ritual that brought the house back to stillness. A gentle moment to settle the day.

When Lex and I began exploring functional mushrooms, Reishi and Tremella felt familiar. Their softness reminded me of those quiet nights and the sense of ease they created.
